BEARS LEGACY FUND

 

JBHS Baseball Booster Club is a nonprofit organization established to support the year-round needs of the JBHS Baseball Program.

 

THE BEARS LEGACY FUND helps support coaching, equipment, training tools, uniforms, field improvements (including our new turf project), tournaments, player development resources, & the overall baseball experience for our student-athletes.

 

Each family is asked to make a Legacy Fund contribution for the season. 

 

This year, a major focus of the Legacy Fund will be supporting the new turf project scheduled to begin at the end of July. This field improvement represents a significant investment by the Booster Club and will be paid for over the next three years. Once complete, the turf project will provide our players with an upgraded, more durable, and more functional training and playing environment that benefits the entire Burroughs Baseball Program.

Full payments of the Legacy Fund contribution made by Monday, July 13 will receive a $200 discount ($1,500 total payment) plus a free Burroughs Baseball 40 oz. water bottle!

 

Contributions may also be paid through six (6) monthly installments at $284/month AND can also be combined with Fall fundraising efforts (sponsor banner sales & FootballMania) to meet your Legacy Fund contribution goal:

  • 1st Installment: $284 due July 1

  • 2nd Installment: $284 due Aug 1

  • 3rd Installment: $284 due Sept 1

  • 4th Installment: $284 due Oct 1

  • 5th Installment: $284 due Nov 1

  • 6th Installment: $284 due Dec 11

The deadline for full payment of the $1,700 Legacy Fund contribution is December 11, 2026.

NOTE: The JBHS Baseball Booster Club is a separate organization from John Burroughs High School & the John Burroughs Baseball Program. All Booster Club contributions are voluntary and help support the Booster Club’s efforts to enhance the baseball experience for players & families. Fundraising participation has no impact on team rosters, playing time, team placement, baseball activities, or any decisions made by the coaching staff or school administration.
